Now select the column of keyframes on frame 1 from the top layer, LABELS, down to TRACK4. Copy these keyframes (COMMAND+C) so that you can reuse them.

Go to frame 10, select the column of frames and paste the keyframes (COMMAND+V). The keyframe column on frame 1 and on frame 10 should be identical.

Repeat the previous process on frame 20,30 and 40. You should have five identical columns.
